  • The PG & Research Department of Botany & Biotechnology organized guest lecture on "Biotechnology For Enterpreneurship". Et. B. Purushothaman, CEO & Research Director, Periyar Technology Business Incubator, Thanjavur was the resource person. He emphasised the scope and available opportunities for life science graduates in industries as well as to be a entrepreneur on 24.7.18.
  • Dr. R. Kalaivani participated in UBA 2.0 orientation program entitled "Activates Planning for village clusters adopted by participating institutes" at IIT, Madras on 06.08.2018.
  • Dr. R. Kalaivani and Ms. A Indumathi conducted "Grama Sabha" meeting at Vilar and Kandithampattu respectively for "Plan of Action" on project implementation of UBA 2.0 on 15.08.2018.
